admissions Process

  1. The students seeking in our prestigious institution should pay a prescribed fee (For the current year it is of Rs. 23/-) and get an application form from the office.

  2. They need to fill their name, father's name, mother's name, Date of Birth, Annual income of the parents/guardians, Address of the parent/guardian, Nationality, Birth place of the student, Caste, Group, Details regarding the Institution in which the student was studying previously, Examination Reg. No., and year of passing, Percentage of marks obtained in Optional, and in all subjects together, No of attempts taken to pass the final examination, Subjects taken in the qualifying examination,

  3. They have to fill up the Subjects seeking as first language, Combinations opted for the degree studies - Three in order of preference.

  4. IV. They have to paste a passport photograph to the application form.

  5. They are required to attach the attested photo copies of Proof of Date of Birth, Marks cards of previous qualifying examination, Transfer certificate, Migration certificate in respect of students coming from other universities, Income certificate and / Group Certificate Chelan details of payment of application fee, Any other certificates showing the excellence of the student like sports, cultural, social service, etc.

The filled in application forms have to be submitted to the office within the stipulated time.

After the scrutiny of the application forms the selection will be done according to Government rules of strictly adhering to the roaster system and the list of selected candidates will be announced in the notice board.

The selected students have to bring all the original documents, 3 pass port size photographs and get themselves admitted by paying the prescribed fees within the stipulated time.
